OLI Author
The OLI Author tool allows the user to build or edit simple Inline and Regular Assessments, minimizing or eliminating the need to manually manipulate the XML code. It can accommodate Learn By Doing (LBD) and Did I Get This? (DIGT) inline assessments, as well as Checkpoint and Quiz regular assessments.

Webinar – Authoring Tools
This webinar presents two of the authoring tools for Platform+. You will learn how to use Google Docs to create design documents which you can easily covert into XML documents for Platform+. You will also learn how to use OLI Author, an assessment authoring tool. OLI Author enables you to create practice activities with hints and feedback and link that practice to student centered learning outcomes. This webinar discusses the software required for the October workshop and assigns pre-work to complete in advance of the workshop.
